Wicomico County Fair - August
The Wicomico County Fair provides a fun-filled weekend of activities including children's games, animals, home arts, and entertainment. The Wicomico County Fair, previously known by the community as the Wicomico Farm and Home Show, has partnered with the Salisbury Area Chamber of Commerce to expand their fair traditions.
Geocache Dash – August
The Dash is a geotrail designed to introduce people to some of Wicomico County’s ‘Hidden Treasures’ and it can easily be completed in one day. In addition to the land locations, two boat-only caches will also be featured in the Dash so cachers can experience some of Wicomico’s beautiful waterways.

Decorating Delmarva – December
This 36-night event at the Delaware International Speedway and US 13 Dragway consists of six major destinations on a 2 mile drive through an animated tour of the North Pole, including holiday lights and community built displays. This charity event supports several groups on the Peninsula including local schools, charity groups, non-profit organizations and clubs, churches and volunteer fire companies.
