Refund Policy

The purpose of this correspondence is to notify you of a change in our invoicing policy. This change will affect General Membership Luncheons invoicing and other events hosted by the Salisbury Area Chamber of Commerce. Going forward payments will be accepted in the form of credit card, check, or cash in advance or at the door. Invoicing following an event or luncheon will no longer be an option. 

 

Please note, that while General Membership Luncheons are still a $25 fee, those who are not registered will be charged $35 at the door. This fee compensates for the extra time, food, and staff energy of our venues as well as our personal staff. 

 

Due to the administrative effort involved in addition to being able to plan financially for events, going forward refunds will only be processed if a cancellation occurs within 72 hours in advance of the event.
