Join the Salisbury Chamber

Our members make us a strong organization. Learn how to get connected and benefit from the strength of the oldest and most active Chamber in the region.  You can get involved in our many events and let us help get your name out to potential customers.

Membership Criteria

Membership is open to all companies or organizations who do business on the Eastern Shore. The company is the member.

Your membership investment/dues are based on the number of full-time employees in your business or organization.  This allows for one Primary Representative who is listed in the Chamber directory, receives one vote and mailings.  There is no extra cost to include additional representatives who would receive Chamber email updates and may attend all Chamber events at the member rate.

Other special categories of membership are:

Retiree Membership - is for individuals who were active in the Chamber as part of a member company. These individuals are allowed to join as retired members at a reduced rate, so they may continue to be involved in the Chamber after retiring from the company. Retiree membership dues are $50 per year.  


Membership Investment Schedule

Membership Dues Payment-

Membership Dues will renew January 1st each year.  Dues that are not received within 90 days will result in a dropped membership status.  Acceptable methods of payment are major credit cards, check or cash.  Credit card payments may be processed on-line, by phone or in person at the Chamber.


Event payment-

Payments for events, luncheons, etc. are due in advance of the event.  Acceptable methods of payment are major credit cards, check or cash.  Credit card payments may be processed on-line, by phone or in person at the Chamber.



To be eligible for a refund, forty-eight hours advance notice of cancellation is required.


Return check fee-

There will be a NSF fee of $35 assigned for all returned checks.

The Standard Dues Rate, which is based on the number of employees, allows one voting member, who receives mailings. These dues will be charged annually according to the month you joined.

Member Testimonials

Our Branch's first working encounter with the Chamber was when it partnered with us and others to do a job fair at the Wicomico Civic Center.The Job Fair was a success. Thereafter, WCNAACP was kept informed of Chamber updates and events. Also, visitors have contacted the Chamber to get information on the local NAACP Branch. In addition, the Chamber provided visibility to WCNAACP when it permitted us to have an informational booth annually at the Salisbury Festival, free of charge. Lastly, by giving our Branch's leadership the opportunity to serve as ex-officio members (non-profit status) of the Chamber, it provides us with first hand knowledge on economic issues. By providing non-profit organizations ex-officio (non-voting status) membership on the Board, it includes organizations that can not afford membership the opportunity of inclusion. We commend the Chamber for that.
